You're good at what you do. The problem is nobody can find you.

I set up and run the whole online side of a business, the website, the Google listing, the social pages, the booking link, so the owner can get back to the actual work.

The problem

Most good businesses lose work they never hear about

Someone searches for what you do. You don't come up, or you do and the website is from 2016 and doesn't work on a phone. They call the next name on the list. You never find out it happened.

It isn't that owners don't care. It's that setting all this up properly takes weeks, and nobody running a business has weeks spare. So it sits on the list and the work keeps going elsewhere.

What I do

I build it, then I run it

Over 100 days I set up everything a business needs to be found, trusted and booked, and then I run it. The setup is the easy half. The part most people skip is keeping the social pages active, the ads working and the reviews coming in once the website is live.

Not a template handed over with instructions. I do the work.

Website

Built on your own domain, works properly on a phone, with your services, your contact details and a booking button that actually works.

Branding

A clean logo in light and dark versions if you don't already have one, used consistently everywhere else.

Business email

Set up on your own domain, so you stop sending quotes from a Gmail address.

Google Business Profile

Created or claimed, verified and filled in, so you show up on Maps and in local search where people are looking.

Social media management

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok set up, branded and then actually run. I write the posts, schedule them, reply to comments and messages, and keep it going. Not handed back to you with a content calendar to fill in yourself.

Paid marketing

Boosted posts and ads on Instagram and TikTok, aimed at the right area and the right people. You set the budget and pay the platforms directly, so there's no markup. I handle the setting up, the watching and the adjusting.

Reviews and reputation

Asking your happy customers for reviews and getting them onto your Google profile, where they do the most work for you.

Online booking

A booking calendar linked to the site so people can book you without a phone call going unanswered.

Your existing customers

Reaching back out to people who already know you, collecting reviews, and building you a proper contact list out of it.

A database of new ones

I research businesses and people who should know about you, verify the contact details, and hand you a working list you can actually use.

That last one is the part most people skip. A website brings in whoever happens to search. A researched list of the right people to approach gives you something to do on a quiet week.

Proof

What this looks like in practice

Case study

Alistair Kennedy, Melbourne

Alistair has spent over 40 years in liquor licensing, town planning and hospitality consulting. Deep reputation, very little of it visible online.

In the first week we launched a new website on his own domain, a new logo in light and dark, a booking calendar so clients can book a consultation without a back and forth, and his Facebook presence. His social is now running on an ongoing basis rather than sitting idle, and the rest of the 100 days builds on that.

How it works

100 days, one flat fee

1

A 15-minute call

I tell you what I'd fix first and roughly what it would change. No charge, no pitch deck.

2

The first two weeks

Website, logo, business email and Google listing. The things that make you findable get done first.

3

The rest of the 100 days

Social posting weekly, ads running and adjusted, bookings coming through, reviews going up, and your past customers hearing from you again. You get a progress update once or twice a week so you always know what's happening.

4

At the end

It's all yours. Your domain, your accounts, your logins, and two contact lists: your past customers, and the researched prospects worth approaching next.

One flat fee, paid in three parts across the project. You pay for your own subscriptions and ad budget directly, so there's no markup sitting on top. I'll give you the number on the call.

Who it's for

Any business, as long as the problem is the same one

Trades, clinics, consultants, cafes, salons, shops, professional services. The industry matters less than the situation: you do good work, people who know you trust you, and almost none of that shows up when someone looks you up.

If that's you, the fix is the same regardless of what you sell.

Get in touch

Tell me about your business

Send me a note and I'll take a look at what you've got online before we talk. The call is 15 minutes and you'll get something useful out of it either way.
